I have had this issue for a while and have tried to just about every solution I can find on this help page, none seem to work. The mouse freezes and jumps across the screen for no reason and often ignores movement. the keyboard simply freezes and doesn't response though the lights sometimes stay on. Sometimes I here the disconnect Sound from windows and both devices cease to work and all power to them is lost. The mouse and keyboard I have are: (Mouse) Razer Naga trinity, (keyboard) Razer Cynosa Chroma. I recently got a new mouse last November and have tried this mouse and keyboard on a comple
