My desktop PCs brightness or contrast keeps changing on it's own and I have no idea what is causing it.

I'll start by saying that this is happening on a desktop and not a laptop so it's nothing to do with auto brightness or power saving settings.So when I launch a specific PC game via Steam (Rocket League), my PCs colour/display/brightness/contrast (not sure what) automatically changes to what seems to be brighter. Now usually after I close the game, it returns back to normal. I think that happens because I have the GeForce experience program which enhances graphics on certain games. I have now disabled that.Just recently it has stopped returning to normal after I close the game and ev
