Several months ago I was forced to abandon my years old email address due to harassment and safety concerns. Since that time I have been unable to access my account including my OneDrive files. I have sent numerous emails to MS and not received a single response. I have attempted to submit a ticket for support and have not received a single response from MS. Numerous times I have tried to recover my account but each time I receive a message saying the information I have submitted is not accurate and thus cannot recover the account.
