My pc suddenly won't progress to log into windows. After booting past the bios screen the screen stays black but let's me move the mouse. It goes no further no matter how long I wait, and ctrl-alt-del does nothing. I can pull up the accessibility options with windows-u and move between the arrows with the arrow keys, so I know the keyboard works. It's also obvious that the monitor works. I tried resetting and reinstalling off my boot USB but the situation remains after reinstalling.
