Microsoft store shows an app is downloaded, but in reality it isn't, and there are no buttons/options to choose on what to do next.

I tried to download a game from the microsoft store, came back to it and saw that it said installed, when I hovered over the installed display it turned into the open button, I clicked on it and it did nothing,I went into the app and this is what it's showing:
