No audio on my HP notebook running MS365 (Windows 10)

My laptop audio was working last time I logged on, but no sound now (trying to hear a U-Tube tutorial). I ran MS audio troubleshooter but no suggestions /fixes were provided. I have plugged my headphone into the headphone jack on my HP notebook, but no sound. Speaker icons are set at full-volume. Please help!
