How can I keep you from force updating me to Win 10 22H2?

I updated to Win 10 22H2. It broke ALL of my bluetooth functionality. WHEN I could get my bluetooth keyboard hooked up, it typed a random amount of the characters that I had typed in a quick string. The wired keyboard did not. All of my wired technology was in the bluetooth list, so that when the bluetooth died in the middle of my game, EVERYTHING stopped, except the graphic display: mouse, headphones, keyboard - nothing responded, and they are all wired technology. Putting them in the bluetooth **** does not make them faster. It makes them NOT WORK. I had to change back to the wired headphone
