My touchpad bugs a lot since my last driver update

Hello everyone, I'm writing this ticket because after updating my touchpad driver on the lenovo site, it started to bug.The sensitivity is very slow, the cursor blinks, I can't scroll anymore, and I can't find the touchpad adjustment system.I'd like to know if there's a solution to this problem, or if I can delete the latest update and go back to the old one.
