How do I fix a blur screen in asphalt 8?

Half of my screen becomes blur diagonally so i can't see the car when i am racing. My computer is currently using windows 10 and i tried resetting the game multiple times but immediately I open the garage or start the race half the screen becomes blurry. I thought it was the car at first, but the problem is still there after I change cars. What should i do?
