Spent my day as usual when suddenly my headset just stopped delivering sound. I unplugged and replugged it again, only to be met with a "USB not recognized" message from windows. Coincidentally, the same happened to my mouse (which was in a different usb port). It stopped working, replugged, same message. The laptop only has 2 usb ports, so I switched the usb over to the other port, but unfortunately it's the same. I haven't tried to restart the laptop yet, but will proceed to do so after I send this question. The mouse in question is a Razer Orochi V2, and I've only had it for a year. How do
