So earlier today I did a clean install of Windows 10, downgrading from Windows 11. I have 3 graphics cards, a Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti, and Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630, and a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (if that counts). The Microsoft Basic Display Adapter is the messed up one. Device Manager has an issue with it and the error message is "Device PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_2191&SUBSYS_126A1462&REV_A1\4&10b966d6&0&0008 had a problem starting.".
