I am trying to connect my Windows 10 to my internet but the settings seem to be different than what is expected.

I am currently trying to connect my windows 10 to my wifi, however when I look onto the internet tab in settings, the only options are as follows: Status, Ethernet, Dial-up, VPN, Proxy. From what I have seen, there are meant to be more than just these options. I have attached an image of what I mean. If there is any way somebody could help with this, that would be great.
