Hi everyone I have children with alot of tech and I monitor the tech with family safty for Windows and family link for android. My daughter has a Samsung touch screen laptop and as I said it had a screen time limit. She hasn't used it for a long time and tried to go on it today and some how it seems to be disconnected from my family safty account. When I click on her name it says no windows devices connected and when I load up the laptop it says she needs to request more time but when she clicks that it says the request cannot be sent.
