To whom it may concern,The sound output on my laptop has been playing up for several months now - the speakers have been working but my microphone only worked when I had headphones plugged into the jack on the left-hand side of my laptop.Today (09/10/2023) I attempted to fix it myself by updating the driver and system but now my sound output has completely stopped working.I have tried to update my device several time now and it comes back with an error message each time: There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later.
