Background: Once you pair a bluetooth audio device (speaker / headphone / etc) with your Windows-based laptop, it gets authorized to be used for audio output, is listed as a known device, and ready for connect in the sidebar interface. There are Connect and Disconnect buttons.The issue is: Windows auto-connects to any device you paired earlier at no reason, anytime; and Windows starts streaming audio to that device at whatever volume it was.
