Hello, recently I discovered that various programs were taking up memory when they were running. I have tried to shut down some of them so as to not do that at times lately. However, when I do that, sometimes I am unable to do so via the Task Manager in Windows 10. For instance, Google Chrome will not shut down even after i shut down the program through the application itself. then it stays open in the task manager. processes cannot be shut down. i have seen this occur with other applications. i cannot do anything but restart the system to disable the program and try to troubleshoot the proble
