Microsoft jigsaw issue

On 3 occasions I have been doing classic jigsaw the biggest one in each of the jigsaw groups. One completely disappeared when I was 90% done.On 2 occasions over the last 3 days one in particular I have been doing (twice). Yesterday I left it at 42% done and just went into it again and yet again back to 0. What is going on?Really I'm thinking of just removing the jigsaw app altogether as it is pretty frustrating when it takes a lot of time to do some of them.Pam Wood
