To Do app in Windows - When i click Sign in, the window opens and closes immidiately.

Hi there,I have a problem with Microsoft To Do app, in two different computers.The app is installed, but when i click Sign In, sometimes it doesn't react at all, and sometimes it opens a windows and closes it very fast.What's interesting is that it worked in another user in the same PC. What can be the problem?
