I was about to reinstall windows 10 when i uninstalled some program that i didn't know about and as soon as i reset my pc, waited for the installation to finish. I notice my notepad, microsoft and other apps that windows should install are gone. The snip sketch works but shortcut is not. I tried resetting my pc again but to no avail. I am hoping to get a fix from this issue since it happened a week ago and also. The sign up account thingy when you first re-installed windows was different.
