I'm able to open file explorer on my main account, but trying to oepn it on another account on the same PC (if Win key + E is pressed) will cause: Explorer.exe Windows cannot find '(null)'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. Alternatively if you press the pinned file explorer icon it wil instead say: C:\Users\User\AppdData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\ This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed. create an association in the Default Apps Settings page
