Password issue

Hi, Can Microsoft block my password after many failed logins? I couldn't log in today, because the PIN was unavailable and the password was invalid, I recovered it via phone. Then, I looked at the account activity and there are enormous number of failed logins, mainly from Androids. I don't see any successful login from a device other than mine.
