my laptop took foreveer to prepare itself ot finisht an updatee with a restart. I thought something was wrong.it said do not turn off your computer. i wasn't able to turn it off and then it finally started updating.at what point would i know if it's not working properlyshouldn't it have turned off when i tried to turn it off ??Thank kyu
