Detailed description of the issue you are experiencing: With the latest Microsoft windows updates - KB5031224 and KB5031356 Cumulative Update, multiple users have been affected in our customer tenant where users are receiving the below error for most of the applications. "This application could not be started" error when running a .NET Framework application Description of any troubleshooting completed to date: 1.
