Windows now — again — thinks that A and Ä are the same letter. Or O and Ö. They're not. A is the first letter and Ä is the second last in my language. O is the fifteenth letter and Ö is the last one. They are in no way interchangeable. It's the same as treating A as E, I or — say — O. Also files sorted by title show me files starting with A and Ä both under A. If a thing can be more wrong than this, I can't think of one right now. The numbers still seem to be same, though: the first number (0) is not clumped under the last number (9) when I sort my files on explorer.
