Professsional PC (with its OneDrive) with also my pics from my phone personal OneDrive (and syncing) in a proper personal separated folder?

Hi! Can I log in and set up a new PC with my professional email and credentials and also: 1) Have the One Drive Business folders synced both in the computer and in the cloud, mutually, and 2) Set up a diferent (another) One Drive personal account as to have the pictrures in the personal phone saved and synced in the same PC? Thanks a lot
