upgrade to windows 10 error code 0x80072f8f - 0x20000 how to get rid?

Dear Sir/MadamI am having problems trying to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 it keeps coming up with this error code 0x80072f8f - 0x20000 I have tried to run as an administrator and on safe mode it still comes up with the same code how can I get rid of this so I can upgrade to Windows 10? I also tried to upgrade to Windows 11 to see if that would work but it said the same error code please send me some suggestions/tip Kind RegardsAnnie
