Windows sound volume is seperate for each app rather than being unified as one overall sound setting

Each application I use in windows 11 have a different sound setting than the overall one, I've tried to reset the sound through volume mixer and I didn't get any result out of it. I'd like to get a solution that fixes this problem as it's annoying to deal with. I've attached a image that shows the problem
