Hello ,i restarted my computer and after i finished the reset i tried to login into my microsoft account i entered the pin then i got a message that said "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." tried to turn off the computer and then turn on didn't work. I saw a video to "How To Fix" this problem ,in the video the man said to go in safe mode , i got to the screen to select safe mode preesed 4 ,then i entered my pin i waited like 10 minutes after the 10 min the screen was black with a mouse clicker and nothing appeared on the screen except the mouse
