How to Set Default RSS Reader in Windows 10?

HI, I've been using RSS Owl as my preferred RSS Reader for some time. For about the past month or so, each time I start the program a dialogue prompts me with: "RSS Owl is currently not your default reader. Would you like to make it your default reader? Yes / No."Even though I select "Yes" the prompt appears each time I start the program.Does anyone have any thoughts on how to actually make it my default reader?Thank you!P.S. - Yes, I've tried to "Set defaults by app", but RSS Owl isn't listed there.
