I am 3 days into trying to restore my Surface Pro 3 that won't boot. I have tried every option in recovery environment about 10 times. Most error out (startup repair, revert to previous build, reset from cloud, etc). When I attempt the reset option it errors that I don't have enough disk space. I created a USB from windows to try and boot from that drive and it asks me for language, keyboard setting, then reverts back to the recovery menu without booting. A frustrating endless loop that gets me nowhere. I entered diskpart in CMD and that does show my c drive in a healthy status but unfortunate
