Full explanation of the problem. I was reinstall windows on my laptop. And I have decided to create a new ....@gmail.com account and sing in with this account. So I was created an account during windows installation, the funny is Windows was asking me to verify a new account with a code which was sended to just created new account, I obviously cannot do that because account was just created. The Windows is smart it has an option to skip it for later. Now Windows is installed and I went to Google to open that account and verify all the information. Now, the more fun have started.
