why am I getting notification of microsoft account problem to continue using apps between devices

I received a notification "Select here to sign in to your microsoft account to continue using apps between this device and your other devices". I do NOT want to use apps or share information between my devices. I have three stand-alone laptops. While they are all connected to one network, but I do NOT want any sharing between them. How do I stop this notification from appearing? Additional information:I signed into my Microsoft Account - under privacy and "apps and services you've given access to" and the system shows the following message "You haven't given access to any apps or services
