System file corruption , apps failing to open, control panel blank

Hello! I have a major problem on my laptop:I recently downloaded this newest win10 update, October 10, 2023—KB5031356 (OS Builds 19044.3570 and 19045.3570)And thats when the problems began, I restarted my laptop, I tried opening Edge but this showed: msedge.exe - System ErrorThe code execution cannot proceed because msedge_elf.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problemThat comes up on apps like google Unity, on screen keyboard and a few more, the file names just change.There are some similar questions already on the internet, but none seem to help.I looked up this error i
