I have been trying to install the .NET Framework 3.5 for months now, nothing I seem to do will fix it. Reinstalling windows is currently not an option right now.Whenever I try to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 from either the offline installer offered from Microsoft or through programs and features, or even DISM, it will always error out. I have changed the group policy for "Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair", I have done SFC /SCANNOW, DISM restore health, nothing I do will let me install .NET 3.5. The error code I get in Windows Features is "C
