How to Set Up PIN on login windows if the ctfmon.exe have not been run yet?

I had tried to run ctfmon.exe automatically via Registry Editor but it didnt worked, so I always run ctfmon.exe manually everytime I turn on my computer so I can type on windows system (example : search bar and wifi password)Today, when I was about to login, I cannot insert my PIN because it says "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings.. "I have to set up my PIN again. But I cannot login to my microsoft account because I cannot type my password because the ctfmon.exe have not been run yet. And now I stuck Any solution please?
