I can't log in to my pc.. it says " Your device is offline, try a different sign in method ".. so i watched some video on youtube that says " press shift and restart in safe mode ".. i done that.. then in safe mode it says that your credentials could not be verified and then says " Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available ( status: oxc000006d substatus: 0x0 ). Restart your device if it could fix your problem.Actually earlier before shutdown, i downloaded a game from internet.. it says me to disable windows security before installing.
