I want some information regarding data recovery from a RAW HDD. I would appreciate any help. (Details given below)

My laptop has Windows 10 OS. Initially, I had a 2TB HDD. I transferred my OS to a Samsung SSD using Samsung data migration. My laptop is working fine without any problem. But connecting my old HDD using a SATA cable is asking me to format it and showing RAW in disk management. I have essential project documents that I can't afford to lose. I watched many videos but couldn't find any solution to this. Please anyone/any professional, suggest some way to recover all data from my HDD.Some additional information:2TD HDDUEFI/GPT-based hard drive partitions(Had 5 partitions)
