My audio service is Not running.

My speakers are not working because for some reason my audio service is disabled. I didn't do that. I watched a video and it showed how to enable it. I pressed Enable and it said this:Windows could Not start the Windows audio service on local computer.Error 0x80070005: Access Is Denied.I do not understand what is wrong with my computer. Can someone please explain and help me?Thank you!
