I have an old Dell desktop with an ethernet connection. Used Windows 7 for many years but in February 2023 I upgraded to Windows 10. After a Windows Update (Windows Modules Installer) on 10/10/23, my computer started occasionally freezing up. When it froze up yesterday, I shut it off and turned it back on. It froze up again before making it to the start screen. I shut it off again and when I turned it back on it did make it to the start screen but there was no longer the little picture of a monitor on the lower right corner of the screen, only a picture of a globe.
