I have a permanent issue where the left ear on my headphones is way quitier than my right. Ive bought new headphones, still the problem was there.

Tried both the audio jack in the back of the motherboard and on a usb sound device. still doesnt work. Uninstalled my audio drivers and put them back on, still didnt fix it. Now im angry that it HAS to be windows and somehow windows created permanent damage of audio balance throughtout my whole install? Im desperate for help and im the only one ever to ask this specific question, so if anyone could please help, i would be very grateful, thank you.
