Help! How do i reset this pc and get rid of this issue?

Hey so i decided to reset my whole pc. But now its coming up with “the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click ‘OK’ to restart the computer and then restart the installation.” But whenever i press ok it keeps restarting and then coming up with the same message it wont let me proceed further.
