How can I stop OneDrive from syncing endlessly if it denies me?

Hello!I want to stop OneDrive.Most under C: is being sent to Onedrive, but my OneDrive storage is full, yet it keeps TRYING to sync the files in an endless loop.Ideally, I want to stop the sync, move all of my OneDrive files back to my PC, then turn off OneDrive for good. (This plan is seemingly mainly stopped by the constant sync-failure: "Your changes can't be saved. Some of the elements you tried to stop syncing are not on OneDrive yet.")How can I fix this?
