how do i fix error code 0x80070002

Since my local disk doesnt have enough space i decided to make stuff be downloaded froma other disk. When I press "New apps will go to" i choose the other disk and click apply. but it comes up with "We couldn't set up your default save location. The operation did not complete succesfully. Try again in a bit. The error code is 0x80070002, in case you need it."
