As can be seen in my photos below on the app icons located in windows search there are now text boxes which contain text such as "open system settings" and "open app". The confusing thing to me is that this only appeared today and only on this system (so far) without any updates being done. Is this change normal or should I be worried? Would appreciate any help or clarification that anyone can give.
