i need to reset windows 10 (and save my files), but i can't. i've been trying different things all day and am about to give up. it will not allow me to upload screenshots so i will type the error messages out.when i try to reset, it says "could not find the recovery environment". when i try to create a recovery drive, it says "we can't create the recovery drive". i tried downloading to a formatted USB drive from the media creation tool, and it gets stuck at 0% progress. it never downloads. i also tried "upgrade this PC now" from the media creation tool, and the same thing. stuck at 0%.i've als
