New computer with Windows 10. I have installed successfully, Office 365 Family. I can download the desktop apps EXE file, but the file will not laun

What do i need to do here?i've tried 11 times and I get no activity after 'opening' /launching the exe file. I've tried launching as Admin - same result?Would Norton Antivirus interrupt this action? (Norton does alert me that the Exe file for the desktop apps is safe to use)thanks!
