I keep trying to "buy" this .99 cent extention but all I get is a grey box then an error telling me " something happened on our end, please try later." Well later it's the same this over and over. Nothing I do can make it work. I can't view images without it and cannot seem to buy it either. I have tried the App store and on the Microsoft site. What is going on and where can I get this codec? Image included is the error I keep getting: Please Help!!
