Hello.I rebuild my setup to do some cable management and after pluging everything back in, the internet didn't work. I first tought that the problem is a bad ethernet cable but after testing another one the problem repeated. I tested both cables with my laptop and they worked IMMEDIATELY (remember that). After some more testing I figured out that after some time (2-10 min) internet started to work (so It takes 2-10 minutes for PC to even show that a cable is plugged in) but with a lack of speed (9.45 instead of 200 Mbps download and 9.45 instead of 30 Mbps upload.
