My computer freeze when I right-click on picture

Hello, when I right-click on a picture or video on my desktop the mouse turns into an hourglass and then my computer freezes for a while, my screen goes white and refreshes itself.I discovered that the same thing happen when I try to right-click on a picture in my NAS server.Screen capture of this issue - It's link to my Google disk where I uploaded the video.Is there some fix for that?
