Camera not detected error message in Windows 10 and troubleshooting not resolving

I am trying to use my camera for the first time in a while. It was working fine. I have made no recent changes to my Windows 10 desktop running Edge. I am receiving the error message: 0XA00F4244 each time I have tried to access it. I have troubleshooted using my device manager and contacting HP support and now Microsoft. Nothing seems to be working. (My camera/webcam is a Preinstalled Microsoft Corporation)
